Not so sure about the Monarks being bigger, but more about being the "GTD" design, and of better quality than currently available replacement Bosch nozzles that are made in China or India.

Size of the current IP or nozzles is not the limiting factor.

What do you mean by higher pop pressure? Higher end of spec range or higher than spec? Benefits/drawbacks?
