The throtle arm is as far back as it could be. The idle is at 500, and the fuel screw is barely touched since putting more fuel would only make it runaway. I could take pictures so you can take a look. Any specific you want close up on?

The idle is way too low.
It's 750 rpm for cars till 1984 and 830 rpm for cars after that.

hot engine of course

put the enrichment screw where it was ,then,re adjust the idle screw engine hot,or high idle cable removed if engine cold during tuning.

This way you will have a good base to see if something is messed up or if it's just a tuning issue.
