Aftermarket D24 Camshafts

This came up during a recent Ebay search for D24 parts: (653852 AMC Camshaft) https://www.ebay.com/itm/38160843818...Bk9SR8aex8iCYQ

Does anyone know if the 653852 AMC camshaft is interchangeable with the D24/T? (Specs appear to indicate that it does)
If so, is it patterned after the NA or turbo models? Quality any good?

Any other aftermarket camshafts available?
