I took apart my injectors, sanded the applicable internal parts and replaced the nozzles with new Bosch DN O SD 193. For the most part they work fine, except that I need to get some thinner shims for a few.
Two of the Bosch nozzles produce a thin stream of fuel before/after the pop. Is this an indication that I didn't sand the surfaces correctly or that the nozzles themselves are defective?
Also, I was reading that the 293 Monark Nozzles are a good upgrade for the D24T. Would these have any benefit over the new (made in India) Bosch for a stock D24 NA? If so, would these be correct?
