In case you are still looking for one, here is a 1986 745 TD wagon in Boston, not too far from you in Quebec, advertised for $300 with what looks like a decent condition body for New England (no connection, just passing it along):

Looks like a lot of work to get it cleaned up, but probably easier than fixing rotten sheetmetal which might be a common task where you are. Assume non-running.

'86 is an especially good year for these FWIW, only year of the 700 series TD in North America with the revised late style engine crossmember that doesn't crack and fall apart, and only year with plastic fuel tank and plastic battery tray that are immune to rust.
