Tool 5188 is basically a 1-foot flatbar extension w/ 27mm socket on one end, and cutout for 1/2" square drive torque wrench on the other. The 1-foot extension calculates out the ~340 ft.-lb. at the bolt to a more manageable force of 255 ft-lb. at the end of the extension.
