Unfortunately they are not quite the same . The n/a engine sits at a different angle than the turbo engine.
This means if you put the n/a bellhousing on the turbo engine, the gearchange would be off centre by a few degrees as would the transmission mount.
It may be possible for a machine shop to offset the gearbox to bell housing mounting holes to compensate.
