hi thanks for the comments ,a friend said the same the bigger oil filter helps the oil flow but said it will be ok ,i will get a VW mann filter too, just incase i have any problems, i only got this...

hi all i have purchased a what i think is a genuine d24 oil filter part number 1257492-7 the supplier says it fits my 1995 D24 TIC engine on inspection it is about 3o mm shorter than the VW MANN...
