Yea I looked over them today and the belts look pretty fresh and not damaged in anyway so I guess I'll hold off for now.

Ah so there's an easy alternative to 5190 as a VW tool. I'll go ahead and buy that then, 1/3 acquired. I got the VW adapter for the IP and 95mm is way smaller than I expected but I believe it should...

Oh yea I'm also struggling to find the IP Pulley remover 5204 but I'm assuming there's an alternative that works just as well. I know I could pry it off with a screwdriver or something but ehhhhhhh....

I'll try to find this thread with the better way you speak of. I got the camshaft wrench coming in the mail soon and now I think all I need is the dial indicator. I guess it would be pretty annoying...

Alright I'll go ahead and buy both then. Many sites I found stated that the locking pin was for the D24 so I'm willing to trust it. If you don't mind me asking what dial indicator did you use?
