Oil overfilled by a full quart -- Trouble?

Gents-

Car is an '82 245 Diesel. Normally-aspirated D24 engine, 109k miles.

I screwed up and overfilled the oil by 1 full quart.

The car is in the driveway blocking my other car and I need to get to work tomorrow. I don't currently own an oil-sucking rig, but can get one tomorrow but will miss a day's work.

My options:
1) Drive it for 45 sec; just long enough to pull it out of the driveway.
2) Admit defeat, miss a day's work and get an oil-sucking rig tomorrow and remove the excess oil before starting the engine
3) If it isn't a major problem, drive my usual 10 miles to work and back and get the excess oil out on Saturday when buddy that owns an oil-sucking rig can give me a hand.

Never thought I'd be this stupid!

Thanks in advance for your help.

Update: This post suggests a 1-qt overfill is not a big deal...

Don't sweat it. Some of us keep it overfilled by 1 qt. to help build oil pressure sooner on startup, for those cars with worn/scuffed oil pressure relief valves that allow oil drainback especially when parked facing uphill.

No bad side effects (i.e. oil foaming).

Thanks Ngoma. I sure feel like a dunce but appreciate your help.
