MBC have plugged as shown in the scheme below, to the hose 1 from post above. However, the turbo did not respond to the shooting mbc, blows to 0.7 bar, and so holds. The valve itself is OK, this type only regulates the flow of air through each other and that it works. Air flow through the tee toward the wastegate. Blowing from the wastegate and mbc in cold side turbo lack of routes, which probably good, just as I blow from the cold air that goes to the wastegate and mbc. All kind of okay, and the lack of regulation.

Put it where the T is, and ignore the 3rd line that you will no longer have.
Dead end of 3rd line in pic goes to wastegate. You might need about an 0.020" bleed hole downstream of the controller. Last edited by 745 TurboGreasel; 04-05-2014 at 04:00 PM. |

I have mbc bleed type and I think this is a problem. MBC have small vent whole and pressure escapes not enough. I need to buy mbc type pressure
