Thanks TGreasel for the advice. That suggested play is about 2.5millimeters then... I`ll double check but I guess I did it about right. It`s crazy that it was so loose I could turn them easily with a finger (why?
) One `leg` of safety pin was broken too. No discoloration visible and they seem to be in ok shape but I`ll order 2 new sets, compare them and replace anyways. I don`t remember any washers between the bearing and the nut. Brickboard is a great info source btw. Thank you
