I just posted about a new issue, but before that happened, I solved the over heating @ WOT uphill.
All I did was take out the electric fan I fitted and went back to the belt driven viscous fan. I ran 55 mph uphill WOT, and it stayed cool and my EGTs didn't exceed 1100F.
(the liquid/air intercooler was also running)
