Guessing that your IP is tilted in towards the engine a little bit too far...

If you have the tools and feel confident in retiming it you could just rotate the IP out of the way, easy since the injector hardlines are already loose. And then retime it (not so easy).

Might work, could try with a wobble extension. I have seen that size socket in a 3/8 drive. That with the thinner 3/8 drive wobble extension might just snake thru there.

In general, (since it appears that yours are really cemented in there) orient the wrench handle so you are pushing or pulling it towards the head, not oriented so you are pulling it away from the head. Some have broken off the injector housing that way. If it starts to turn but is still difficult, turn it back in, then out a little bit, then back in again, back out, etc.
