Thanks for the link... Its probably the 2.8mm cam plate, that came stock in the cummins spec VE pump with the factory 12mm head.

Are you running a chineese pump head? How has it held up? How much and where did you buy it from? Did you run the Cummins 2.8mm lift cam plate or the stock 2.3mm?

I bet I'll put down more than 150 at the wheels... That pump can push quite alot of fuel. I don't even have the collar off mine and compaired to my friends D24t it is a hell of alot faster!

If you read through the modding the injection...

If you read through the modding the injection pump post I put up, it talks about the AFC housing... You can get more fuel if you grind the fuel pin to allow the pin that travels on it to go in...

Max fuel flow is related to the size of the head...

Max fuel flow is related to the size of the head and lift of the cam plate. I would get rebuilt injectors and have them set at the high end of the spectrum of opening pressure, that should help with...
